OVERVIEW OF CLUB
Greenwood Hills Community Club, known as GHCC, is a year-round social club steeped in tradition, a unique place in the heart of Richardson built on a foundation of Fun, Fellowship, & Community. You will find there is no better place in the area to swim, sun and relax or to share good times and great events with family & friends. Come meet some new friends and neighbors or reconnect with some old ones. Relationships are built here!
We have a 160,000-gallon pool with diving board and water games. We are a casual and friendly community club where you can bring your own food and drinks and grill out or just soak up the Sun.
Let the kids splash in the pool while you enjoy cocktails with other adults in the neighborhood. There is no place like it.
We have a full-size sand volleyball court where the adults and the kids have fun playing competitive games and participate in clinics + tournaments.
Don't miss our annual volleyball tournament at the end of the summer!
We do our best to offer year-round mixers for adults, and fun events for the whole families year-round (depending on demand). Come out and enjoy time with others at your stage in life and develop deeper friendships with your neighbors.
We also hold adult fitness classes and other great events to bring out the whole community.
Singles, couples, empty-nesters, and senior adults will all have fun and are welcome!

RENTALS
- Semi-Private - During Open Hours (up to 3 simultaneous parties - must be a member to rent)
- Private - During Off Hours (entire facility up to 300)
- Private Non-Swim events (Fall, Winter, & Spring)
$200 up to 20 swimmers.
Additional swimmers are $10 each- $800 up to 100 swimmers.
Additional swimmers are $10 each
- $100 per block of 40 guests
